Central operations, their 3PL and all plants now have visibility to see their equipment and the status of loads coming to them.
The intuitive and easy to use interface overcame any language barriers.
The Situation
Auto parts manufacturer has a number of plants across the border in Mexico.
Current system tries to keep up as changes are made and trailers are re-positioned, but multiple manual databases require too many International phone calls and information is not current.
